He is focused on expanding opportunities through the enablement of a customer-driven digital strategy while empowering the go-to-market efforts of the organization. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Lou held leadership roles at Citi, Microsoft, and a few ecommerce start-ups.

    As a sought-after speaker and lecturer, Lou’s unique insights add value to conferences and panels across all aspects of Marketing and Business Development. You can find Professor Cohen teaching Digital Marketing, Search Marketing, & Social Media Strategies for the MBA program at Baruch College as well as at New York University’s Stern School of Business. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management & Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Baruch College.
